The art class ladies are so nice and fun! We also do art club together through our local arts council. I always feel so uplifted after a day spent there! Laughing, bouncing ideas off each other, and being supportive. We went for lunch before our watercolour class today too, which was lovely! 🎨🖌️👩‍🎨

Was craving casserole tonight, so I made this! I modified it a bit, though. Had no broccoli, so used green beans. Used double smoked cheddar, and added mushrooms and green onion too. And of course wasn't making it for 10, so winged it with the measurements to make it a 3 serv. It's so yummy! 10/10😋
