In an attention economy, the incentive is for hyperbolic posts, which creates a whipsaw-like discourse, as every response puffs itself up to match the attention seeking hyperbole of the original. No idea how to solve that, but the dynamic drives so much fraught discourse over such fluff.

#Mothership game tonight was insane. It began with a standoff between security androids, who Monarch had sent to kill the crew, and The Chosen King and his 22 shank wielding cherubim. The crew has been giving larger and larger gifts to The Chosen King, thinking it might come in handy, and it did.

I already own the originals, but it's such a great game, even if I never manage to get it to the table because I have too many people who only want to play elf games.

If you ever wondered what playing Lancer was like, but you weren't willing to jump into the crunchy builds or didn't have people willing to play, this is a remarkable Lancer simulator.

In the same #Mothership game my players had their first standup fight, they also had their second and third fights. As designed, Gradient Descent becomes a sort of quicksand, where trying to shoot your way out of bad situations generates more bad situations. Fortunately, they have a laser cutter.
