📫 February Round-Up 📫 It’s been a busy month for us at Law for Change. Below are some of our highlights from February: ⚖️ We continued funding a wide range of public interest cases. The cases we backed involved issues of immigration rights, online safety, employment rights and victim compensation.

Congratulations to Uplift and @greenpeace.eu for their victory at the Court of Session in Edinburgh regarding Rosebank and Jackdaw oil and gas fields. Today’s ruling that consent for two new Scottish oil and gas fields was granted unlawfully is another important victory for climate campaigners.

⚖️ Funding Win ⚖️ We were delighted to see the outcome in the Court of Appeal last week for the incredibly courageous Kristina O'Connor and her fabulous legal team at @bindmans.com , in a case that we funded following consultation with our expert legal panel.

The sad reality is that the other judges would probably have drawn far less attention but for the flawed order. Nobody wants civil servants to be targeted, but open justice is incredibly important and the reason we funded this appeal. @lawforchange.uk
