Alright, now I’m going to tag a lot of people individually who were a special part of my CAPCON experience. Bear with me people.

This year's CAPCON was an incredible experience in so many ways. I’m looking forward to doing it again next year. I’m so incredibly happy right now because of my experiences in the last week. It’s not a joyful, ecstatic kind of happiness, but a blissful, serene kind of feeling.

Finally, I want to say that I am so appreciative of my partner. In a way this is all because of her. If I had come to CAPCON on my own I would have had a good time. I know. I would have met people. I would have made friends. I would have had some incredible experiences still.

So I’ve been on the ABDL internet for…. Longer than I should have. Don’t want to get specific but without revealing my age I first started lurking on ABDL internet spaces ~20 years ago which feels insane to say. The internet was a different place then.

I don’t have much to speak to the programming or playrooms at this CAP because I missed out on far more of it than I'd like. But it is always legitimately impressive. Although I do wish I could selfishly hoard some of the classes and play equipment for just myself and a few choice people for a bit.

Last CAPCON I felt like I missed out on a lot due to being a bit lost and overwhelmed at the whole thing and the same happened this time around but just because there was always more to see or do than I really had the capacity for. The focus this trip was to spend time with people

This was my second CAPCON and it was so much more intimate and personal for me than the previous one. In 2024 it felt like culture shock. Like I didn’t know what was appropriate or what to do and it felt awkward seeing stuff and people I had only ever seen through a computer screen previously.

One thing that I hope doesn’t sound rude but I really loved that I saw so many older people and couples at this convention. It’s always been untrue but a lot of us have this idea that you have to be young and hot to participate in this fetish.

With the news that the convention will be returning to Chicago next year I’m excited for various reasons but also a little sorry it won’t be back in this location. Minneapolis is cool, the hotel is nicer than what I saw in 2024. And it kinda felt a little bit more under the radar here.

I know that people are annoyed with the super early announcement and presale for next year's CAPCON. I agree they should have better communication about the future plans and availability. And I agree I’m stressed about spending the money too. But… I hate to say it but I kinda get it.

Ok first of all a lot of you need to learn how to be discreet in public. I know that technically pajama pants and a babyfur shirt aren’t ‘explicit’ but when the coffee shop sees multiple people like that every day for a week it gets noticed.

About to make a shitload of posts about CAPCON 2026 so bear with me. Some about practical stuff but mostly emotional. If anyone has specific questions or just wants to talk about the con though feel free to reach out to me.

CAPCON 2026 is over. I have a lot of thoughts about the con. I’ll probably make a shitload of posts about it once I’ve had some more time to sort through my feelings.
