I'm sick to my stomach on this Federal grant and loan “pause”. This means WIC distribution is on hold, impacting food for INFANTS!! Babies eat 6-8times a day and formula is $40+ a can. Nursing isn't always an option because milk supply drops at 3-6mths. Babies might starve for this
