So, now I understand the hype around French onion sourdough. WOW. 10/10. My only gripe is that I think the onion I used for my caramelized onion inclusions was a tad too big, causing the loaf to be a little flatter than I would like. Still, the flavor is incredible.

Taking my two dogs who are littermates on separate walks/outings/trainings has been super fulfilling and I’m so impressed. If only I had known what littermate syndrome was when they first came home. 🤣 Mila has a boyfriend for the first time in her dog life!!!
