Absolute Hawkman so far has been great. He actually fits well in Absolute Superman since he’s a dark mirror of Superman just like Batman and Bane in Absolute Batman. A far Better reinvention than Absolute Ra’s Al Ghul.

Yeah I read the first volume of Absolute Flash. I enjoyed it even though the pacing of the book is way too fast. (Started and finished this in one day) Basically Flash’s lore in the Absolute Universe is similar to Marvel’s Hulk and that’s quite an inspired decision.

I find it funny that Weather Wizard actually looks like a wizard for the first time in Absolute Flash.

The framing of ICE as an immovable institution is particularly funny when you consider that fucking Shrek is older than it is. Anyways abolish ICE.

What makes Absolute Joker terrifying to me is the fact that he’s a guy who pretends to be supportive of others and lifts their hopes and dreams only for Joker to take it all away in the most cruelest way possible just to make a fool of them and laugh at them.

Read absolute Wonder Woman volume 1 and the Ark M special. Loved both of these and it’s so funny going from Diana who’s far more kinder and compassionate in the absolute universe than you’d expect to again the absolute nightmare fuel that Joker is
