So many eosinophils in this case of tubulointerstitial nephritis secondary to recent antibiotic administration. Few tiny granulomas as well. Eos seen in EM as well.

. This is a sentinel lymph-node (LN) biopsy from a patient with malignant melanoma: Already from low power you can see a "jump" in the texture of the LN. On higher power: atypical cells which produce pigment. --> Melanoma metastasis.
