i was put in contact with one of the artists at the shop i want to go to. i guess he books appointments online so that's cool. the bonus is that he his bio linked his death metal band. i don't know if it's anything but vibes but i could tell it was an erie band in the first 5 seconds of the song.

dr said the bloodwork indicates diabetes. it has been maybe 2 years since i got bloodwork but there hasn't been any indication other than being relatively fatigued lately. if i am in fact diabetic, this is going to be bad. i don't think i have the discipline in me to keep the diet i'll need to
