I don't know if it's the recent cold nights at the caravan but I've already started thinking about Christmas. Today, warm n toasty at home, I've found my printer labels that I use to print the addresses for my Christmas cards.

A far better day. Even the short walk to put out the recycling can be a real pleasure when greeted with warm sunshine and views like this.

A much more pleasant day, especially after rainy Saturday. Lovely to see the sunshine again, though there’s a chilly breeze. Astronomical Autumn begins tomorrow.

My current view and it seems hotter than the 18°C on the weather app, which is also warning of thunderstorms and possible flooding today. Back from the village store and parked car on tarmac, instead of the grass next to my caravan… just in case.

After yesterday's visit by the gardeners, I'd brought in a fair bit of outside into the caravan on my shoes, so decided to hoover it up. This then developed into a polishing and dusting fest. Quite hot and tired now on this muggy day but pleased I got it done.

Well, the temperature in the caravan reached 35°C (95°F) this afternoon. It’s now a still toasty 33°C. I’ve coped pretty well considering I’m not a fan of hot weather.

Been spending an afternoon playing with the various settings on my new camera. Although it’s supposed to be “entry level”, there are still a lot of options buried away in the settings, some I’ll use and others I’ll make sure are switched off.

An old cast iron street sign and a shop sign painted directly onto the brick wall. This shop contained the Queensferry Post Office for over 120 years. It closed in 2015 and has been a number of different types of shop since. Literally signs of bygone times.

Less than two hours from #WWDC25 and for me, at least, ChatGPT isn’t answering Siri’s calls 😂

Went shopping at Corwen and Llandrillo today. On my way back I played “Spot the McLaren”. Here’s a few.

When I come to the caravan for the first time in any season, there's a lot to bring with me. Most of it is now here but I did manage to leave my USB fast charger plug. Of course, I have others but lower charge rate. I'll just have to sit back, enjoy the scenery and be patient. 😊

It’s a little scary but this isn’t the first time that I’ve arrived at my caravan in hot sunshine and within a very short time, it’s rained heavily. Still, when you get rewarded with a double rainbow, it really doesn’t matter 😊

Lovely to be back at my caravan in the Berwyn mountains. A few irritating things still need sorting on it but they’ll get done (hopefully!). Weather ranged from hot sunshine to a couple of brief downpours.

I was deeply honored to meet President Zelensky via Zoom when he asked me to become an ambassador for UNITED24 to raise funds for surveillance drones. I'm proud to have walked this road with @u24.gov.ua to support the sovereign nation of 🇺🇦 & so grateful to all who have donated! 🙏❤️👍 #SlavaUkraine
