Had a wonderful 20 mile Long Run Sunday. Everyone I passed seemed to be happy, and the wave back percentage from runners was at 100%. That was until the last mile when a Big Buff Bro didn't even acknowledge me and killed the 100% wave back run. Damn the Triple B.

An adventurous weekend of trail running with a total of 47.7 miles and 8,324 ft elevation gain. A lot of flooded trails, very muddy, and wild weather while up in the clouds. Saturday: 25.42 miles, 5,850 ft e.g. Sunday: 22.31 miles, 2,474 ft e.g. 2 weeks until Boston Marathon training begins!
