I'm getting better. The events that transpired will sting for a long time. I hurt good people and for that I feel shitty. Therapist says I was struck with grief. Things that made me happy were gone in an instant. But with good friends and loving family, I'm getting better.

Healing

Making a list of what I want to tackle for my session tomorrow. I've never gone to therapy, and I know this is the right step. I'm scared as hell still. Looking internally is going to be painful, but I want to learn to forgive myself.
