Thank you so much to everyone who donated! In the end we raised $32.8k, or about 1% of AWF's total donations for 2024. Based on the historical cost-effectiveness of AWF's grants, I expect the money will greatly benefit the lives of hundreds of thousands of farmed animals!

My bank finally supports Google pay (so I can tap my phone to use my card) and it's so wildly convenient

I'm often more impressed with my old writing than anything new, though too old and it loops back around

One issue for religious realism, even if you grant god does exist, is that you still haven't done anything to figure out which god does. You no justification for being a Christian, for example I think moral realism suffers a similar issue — there's an endless number of possibly right moral systems!
