I guess people kinda liked this one, so here's a clean version. Lighting's still kinda bobbins, since I was trying to reconcile the different lighting styles I use for each character. Was still a fun pic to do, though.

Drawing Villainous Team uniforms is a whole vibe XD Team Rocket, Galactic and Flare are for sure my top picks when ot comes to faction sences. Maybe the Aether Foundation but I think they don't count as fully Villainous Team... Visor and spicier versions—you know where.
