lesson learned, do not go scooters in the rain even if you really wanna see family and will be real careful because it *will* fall over. oof ouch (im mostly ok, don't worry. somehow even tho my palms skidded across the tarmac it was slick enough for minimal damage. just got a bruise on my knee)

ok here it goes, the introspection thread. can be ignored, this is mostly for me, but if you want to peek it's there. This year has been. Something. It feels like it has mostly been Good Things, but it started out with the Worst Thing.

a couple months ago i laid on my side in an Apparently Illegal way and my shoulder slipped, made an awful noise and would not stop hurting. My range of motion was suddenly limited. not fun. A couple days ago, during my Daily Big Stretch™, it just sort of.. popped back into place? And now it's fine?
