This is correct. Constitutions don't have loopholes. That is not how it works. If your response is "But Alito and Thomas," you have not discovered a "loophole," but rather, a fear of authoritarianism.

In our case, DOJ partially justified pilfering through kids' records with a sworn declaration describing a lawsuit filed against CHOP. The next day, w/o explanation, DOJ amended the declaration. CHOP has posited an answer: That DOJ was actually relying on a random NY Post article.
