That Williams-to-Kmet play goes right up there with the Endy Chavez catch for best plays in a devastating loss.

Eh, if there was an Andrew Luck this year, sure. But Dart showed enough when there was still theoretically something to play for that I think the high picks are better used on the many other positions of need. Also, he’s surrounded by the worst skill positions group in the league.
