The Blue Jays took on $11.8M of the $15.55M remaining guarantee on Myles Straw's contract (2 years). At ~$8.2M per WAR (fangraphs), he has been worth the following through 3/4 of year 1 of the deal. 1.3 fWAR - $10.7M 2.0 bWAR - $16.2M But they gave up so much to get him! @wilnerness.bsky.social
