I think the worst thing about burn out is that it always feels like its your own fault somehow, like there's something wrong with you. It buries you, every unfinished task piling up over time until you feel helpless. Even looking back only 6 months ago I've fallen off so hard its unbelievable.

Every time I look at all the characters I've created, I ask myself to pick 10, any extras and they'll have to be fused together with one of the 10 to make a new OC. I try and I try to make a quintessential 10 OCs who are all I'll ever need... and I just cant do it.

Spending more time on my art is really helping me with my composition. I finally notice all the little errors with the proportions, especially when making sequences. I hope slowing down helps me refine those skills so I can make better art more quickly.
