I am constantly amazed by the USA, both good and bad. I live in a single state made up of four nations. Theirs is a nation made of 50 states. That they can ever make it work is nothing short of miraculous.

We use organic rapeseed oil at home from #SumaWholefoods This field (probably not organic) is about 5ha, so yields around 20t of oil, about 20,000 bottles.
