As far as the cell phone ban, I come from the angle that I view smartphones as productivity devices. I wouldn’t be surprised if they ended up replacing laptops as a main portable computer. (1/2)

I think school’s responsibility should be guiding kids to use them responsibly. Banning them until adulthood leaves them to figure it out themselves, which will have mixed results. School should be where kids can grow and learn and make mistakes with a teacher’s guidance. (2/2)
