These new proposed rules are not only a cruel attack on our trans neighbors but put millions of Americans’ health care at risk by forcing providers to choose between Medicaid and Medicare funding and gender-affirming care. You can bet I'll use every tool available to my office to fight back.

NEW: My office has reached a $4.65 million settlement with a predatory mortgage loan servicer. Specialized Loan Servicing LLC put tens of thousands of residents at risk of losing their homes in foreclosure. Now, those consumers harmed the most will receive meaningful restitution.

Remember the Kia challenge? We just reached a $9 million multistate settlement with Hyundai and Kia for selling millions of defective vehicles without a standard anti-theft measure. Over 173,000 cars in Massachusetts were affected by these flaws – consumers deserve better from automakers.

These grants would reduce pollution, create thousands of green jobs, expand access to clean vehicles, and help us meet our state climate goals. Gutting that funding is a direct threat to our environmental future and economy. We’re suing.
