Just a reminder to everyone that the U.S. has been suppressing the ability of certain people to vote since our inception. We have 250 years of experience. Despite laws protecting voting rights, some are always trying to revert to that mean. Fighting it, true democracy, takes constant pressure.

Once again, in actual democracies, people do not need to engage in permanent litigation & political mobilization to retain the basic right to vote, because none of the major political parties make restricting suffrage the central pillar of their policy platform.
