Workplace bullying or harassment complaint made. Investigation over. Outcome communicated. Case closed. It may be over for the investigator, HR, lawyer, BUT that's not where the hurt ends. If you need help to restart after experiencing workplace bullying, the on-demand Moving On program can help.

Last week saw the launch of a series of Roundtable events hosted by Rachael Maskell MP at the House of Commons to discuss the Bullying and Respect at Work Bill and what should be included. We're gathering arrange of different views, and the first session was with businesses.
