Today in D&D, a player tuned in at the end of the session as the other players were wrapping up, so I had her immediately roll initiative to avoid a tiny stegosaurus trying to sniff her, which would track her enough to drop a spell that effectively works like an orbital laser.

I don't remember what my new years resolution was. I think it was just getting to move to a house, which took 3/4 of the year to actually accomplish. I got it done and it's been a really long time since I've been able to follow through a resolution like that

I wanna make little toys and eventually build a bigger toy using all I've learned from practicing

what's the current thing people are using to develop 3D games. I want to practice programming some stuff even if it's just cubes on flat surfaces

I've more or less identified the general times when things get slow at work, so once I get a work-out mat or something, I can do some exercises to keep me in shape. I'm gonna be honest, my work set up is the stuff that I thought was only possible in dreams and it WILL kill me from muscle atrophy

I decided to draw something now that I'm settled enough into my new house, but I once again drew something that I can't post because it's an NPC my players haven't met yet in D&D

Thinking of contemptuous units of measurements. I've often heard "glop" and "spattering" negatively, but I've only ever heard the word "dollop" only to refer to mayo, and typically in a negative tone, so I wonder what would register as a positive dollop

I played a lot of games this year that I liked, but Stray Children is the only one that made me feel anything so currently it sits as my game of the year

So I have used this in a pinch, and I can 100% vouch for it. It's not garbage food or forgotten orders, it's always fresh same-day food. Most of the restaurants in my area make extra specifically for TGTG, and add coupons on full priced orders. It's a great resource, and it cuts down on food waste.

last night in D&D, we got swept up in some socialite scheme to trap one of our party members, presumably to keep him as a pet or guinea pig, so now we're in a rich lady's house about to get into combat. My character gave this lady a lot of juicy intel, so now I gotta figure out how to clean this up
