Social media in a nutshell. Twitter: (Yes, I said TWITTER.) Sex. Porn bots. MAGA. Lonely people everywhere. BlueSky: Hello? Can anyone hear me? (Echo, echo, echo) Threads: Let me just copy/paste that. IG: Ads. Mindless content. Repeat. Facebook: Boomers, sharing their memes.

I live in a postcard. But the smiles here come with sharp edges. They call the mountains holy, while building fences around hearts. They claim Jesus, but then deny his skin color. Pretty isn't always kind. And silence only keeps the loudest voices in power.

I have submitted to 14 publications, 3 talent agencies in the past week, and will begin the collaboration process with my novel’s editor soon. Just keep swimming. It is sometimes a means for survival in these crazy times. 👩🏻‍💻

Let’s fall madly in love today Tomorrow may never come

I’ve reached a point in life where I don’t have time for insincere relationships with people. I can’t carry relationships with anyone who voted for him. I can’t shut my eyes, heart, or even my mouth when it comes to the injustice prevailing in our country. We are lost.

We were Two rivers that flowed Into one another like A cerebral sigh of relief

No air conditioning in 89° weather is 💀

I wanted to be soft. Not in the ways that allowed for others to rip pieces off of me for their own sakes. But rather, to allow for love to seep into me. Like the sponge that I was. Instead, their poison prevailed. It warped my senses and made an armor of me instead.

All I need now is some good coffee.
