North Carolina also announced 3% cuts to Medicaid provider reimbursement rates last month. ncnewsline.com/2025/08/13/n... I anticipate we'll see more states acting similarly, especially once 2026 legislative sessions begin & we have a better understanding of anticipated budget shortfalls.

And so the Medicaid cuts begin.. Right before Labor Day weekend the state of Idaho announced 4% cut in Medicaid provider rates for EVERY category except tribal providers effective 9/1 Idaho has lots of provider shortages in rural areas already. This won't help.
