Thanks to all of the #PracticeManagers that completed our survey, I don't know how #GeneralPractice can survive this when you see the numbers. We want to pay our staff fairly, to do this the people that will lose out are #patients. We will have to reduce staff number to balance the books

Today IGPM joined the BMA, RCN, Pharmacists, MPs and Cogora at the Houses of Parliament for the launch of a white paper on General Practice we participated in. We represented the integral role the Practice Manager at this amazing event.
