The problem with grinch adaptations is that, because there’s so few characters actually in the book, they expand Cindy Lou’s role in the story, but, and this may be harsh, I do not care about her.

Okay time for Illumination’s The Grinch, which I have never seen. I will try and give it a fair shot but it does rub me the wrong way automatically. With his lack of personality.

I didn’t hate it, but I also didn’t like it. I did not care for the live action Whos, first of all. They kinda freak me out. Second of all, this is a Jim Carey heavy movie and a lot of it is Jim Carey doing jokes to the camera. I am not a big Jim Carey fan.

Okay… going to watch the Jim Carey how the grinch stole Christmas. Not as thrilled about this one, which I know may be controversial.

Admittedly I’m biased because this is one I watched as a child, but that rocked. Top tier, no notes. You’re a mean one, Mr grinch still goes hard.

Wow 2025 has been a great years for movies

There are so many other types of skeleton, though. Not everyone can or even should be the skeleton playing their ribs like a xylophone. Skeletons doing silly dances and falling into piles of bones are just as important as xylophone rib skeletons.

I’d like to think that if I was a sentient skeleton without meat, I’d be the one playing my ribs like a xylophone, but everyone probably thinks that. Would I actually have what it takes to be that skeleton? I worry not.
