I think a large part of what kept me from drawing last year, besides general anxiety over...A great many things... Was the fear of it not being good. This year, I wanna ignore that fear. So maybe I can't draw backgrounds and everything exists in a void. So what? I'll draw it anyway.

I do like a good "from the other side" perspective story. It absolutely will not be that. Gaston is a villain because he's an egotist who can't handle being told "No." I'd argue the only backstory that makes sense is that he was simply never held to account for his awful behavior.

Been seeing some doom and gloom about Metroid Prime 4. I'd say I don't see what the big deal is, but it's been 15 years and you still can't mention Other M without the fandom recoiling in agony. Yeah. The guy is lame. Sure. So what?

Speaking of potentially new webcomics here’s some Shackleton Moonbase art! 🌔✨ Andy (they/them) and Lyra (she/her) are the sole survivors of a turf war that’s destroyed their moonbase. Now they must work together to call for help and return to Earth… It’s still WIP but that’s the gist so far.

This lady's Clan insignia is based on her facial markings. The left insignia is a basic version, put on flags and worn like a badge by her loyal subjects. The right is the Royal Insignia, representing the Empress herself and her family. #ocsky #oclore #ocart #originalcharacter
