Ohtani is the first player to reach base 7 times in a postseason game. The regular-season record, if you're wondering, is 9x. It's been done 3 times, most recently by Stan Hack of the Cubs in 1942. Four players have done it 8x, most recently: Melky Cabrera with the Blue Jays in 2014.
