Yesterday I went to the MOT and my Buick got its inspection sticker without any problems, I was a bit surprised, but then very satisfied.

Today was a very interesting day, I went to the hospital for the first time to get fixed. The very first time, my belly button was repaired, it was torn inside and it had a little bump. Very interesting experience. I'm fine now, no worries.

I found an old Fanta (German version) can in an abandoned textile store where I had to do some work. It's from the 1988s, funny.

Old dashboard panels also need new paint. The old soft paint has become really disgusting, now everything needs to be taken down and refurbished properly.

I had the problem these days that my handbrake always locked and wouldn't release on its own, only after several attempts. I have now simply replaced everything, I wasn't so happy with the old new brake callipers anyway.

I'm really looking forward to our vacation. The work is good, but you can still tell that the battery needs a rest. Wishing you all a good Friday. :3

The first time I have tried to bring an old battery back to life using Balance. It's really cool to see how the charger first tries to charge the lowest charged batteries before charging the next ones. 👀

Owner vs Suiter Meep!

Today I replaced the water level sensor on my car and noticed that my cooling system is very dirty, I should clean my cooling system. Incidentally, the window switch on the driver's side had a loose contact. I then repaired that too. There's always so much to do on old cars.

And work is calling. Replacing a heater on a Friday. Yayy...

Bill Fisher's record has finally arrived. I found out about it on Spotify and got a record from the UK. I'm already looking forward to listening to it.

It's done, I found a fully automatic coffee machine on the street. It worked, but it was super dirty and a screw in the grinder had been forgotten. It even still had the old coffee beans in it. After thorough cleaning, removal of the screw and new seals, the coffee machine did its job.

Today I cleaned the drive unit of his video recorder for @akahito.bsky.social. The old pressure rollers had to be sanded down and cleaned well so that they would adhere well again. It runs like new again. :3

I'm also really looking forward to the project of getting the Philips TV sets ready again, as long as the picture tubes are still OK of course.

Finally, I got a Bang & Olfsen MX 6000 as a present. It needed a bit of repair, cold solder joints, old capacitors, nothing you can't fix with a bit of soldering and care. I am happy that it works again.
