Having spent all day fighting the character limit on a big grant proposal I have resolved that going forward my primary rationale for deciding which journals to publish in will not be highest impact factor but shortest journal name

I decided to be a good little raccademic and wrote a grant proposal well before the deadline, even finessing the language to hit the word limit, only to have a random flash of inspiration 1 week out and now I have to rewrite like half of it so remember procrastination saves time in the long run
