Back home. First night of sleep in my bed this August! And after a 5:30am Parisian wakeup (aka 12:30am Atlantic) and all else that comes with transatlantic travel, I have a hunch it's gonna be an all-timer of a sleep. First the caffeine consumed for the drive home needs to wear off, though.

Last night before crossing back over the Atlantic. Fantastic trip, even if my extremely flat feet are feeling the ~240km walked these past 12 days. Happy to be heading back home, but even more happy we got to spend some quality time among les français.

Have had 2 clients this week ask me what my accent is. I've fairly recently decided to just talk in my normal everyday voice on work calls, without switching over to "business speak". The ole come as you are. Probably nothing the local folks on here would notice, because you all talk funny too.

In all the discourse around saving $30 on the Confederation Bridge toll I completely missed the other part of the news, where Marine Atlantic is reducing its fares by 50% for passengers and passenger vehicles. Looks like October's trek just got cheaper!

Alright, where to move to? Leaning toward Tidal. Open to suggestions.
