Last week, we set up a Play Streets Committee in the Cabra-Glasnevin area to support communities to hold Play Street events in their area. A lot more work to be done to normalise playing on the streets again!

We closed Abbeville Road in Clapham to cars for a few hours today and something truly radical and transformative happened. We saw a community grow. People came out to chat, laugh, listen, gossip, eat, drink and share. Just proves that streets are for people not just for cars.
