Whenever I get sick it's such a rollercoaster. I have a cough and my limbs hurt. next day i feel better like i am gonna be healthy the next day. the next day my throat hurts like hell but gets better the day after and now as I think i am better i get a big headache

Well 2025 is coming to an End and i must say i accomplished a lot from here and to motivate myself more i will just write how i accomplished these things here. Thread I will also post another new year's resolution soon for next year cause these things really help, i really recommend doing the same
