I'm coming up on a 20 year anniversary. One I would rather forget. It haunts me every single night and day since that Christmas day in 05. Even though the years have made it fade, it always comes roaring back around this time of year.

It's been my observation over the last 10 years or so that autistic kids and adults on the high end of the spectrum are highly intelligent. Even those who are considered "low functioning" are pretty damn intelligent. They lack social skills for the most part. And there's nothing wrong with that.

Alcoholism, "He's just got a bit of a drinking problem. With some help, he'll be fine." Drug problem, "Oh my god, she has failed in life. Getting hooked on drugs is a moral failure, and we must prosecute her to the fullest extent of law!" Neither are moral failures. Just addiction.

My poor wife took Acetaminophen for back pain this morning before heading to work. I'm afraid she's going to come home autistic. She's also interviewing for a bus driving job at a nearby school, and I'm afraid if she gets the job, they'll turn her transgender! I'm just going to hide under my bed! 🤣🤣

I had 2 uncles and an aunt who were Antifa in the 1940's. One was a sailor on a Destroyer in the Pacific. One was a Marine on Mt. Suribachi. My aunt was a WAC in Germany after the war ended.
