I can't explain exactly why, but since starting to work again I've been a lot more committed to working out. Even if I wake up after a bad night's sleep I feel like going to the gym and not trying to get more rest. And it shows in how my muscles develop.

I ended the week so exhausted I only slept and watched TV for 36 hours. I feel like I wasted the weekend.

עד לפני כמה שנים, לא הייתי חווה את הרגשת הנפיחות שאנשים תארו כשהם אוכלים הרבה. או את הרגשת ההקלה אחרי היציאה בשירותים. אולי הייתי במצב תמידי של אכילת יתר וזאת הייתה ברירת המחדל שלי, לא יודע. עם הירידה במשקל והשינוי בתפריט, עכשיו גם אני חווה את אותה ההרגשה.
