Drax cuts staff working on #BECCS, turns away from carbon capture: www.thetimes.com/article/6e5b... . As we've been saying for years, they don't have the technical know-how for it. However, Drax keeps doubling down on continuing to burn millions of tonnes of imported wood pellets nonetheless.

Short-haul flights in the EU stay artificially cheap because the system is rigged. Greenpeace and allies urge the EU to defend Article 20 and limit flights where trains should come first. Cheap flights are a political failure. Rail must win.
