Within a week of the tragic and terrorist events that targeted the Jewish community here in Sydney, the Australian Prime Minister has announced a gun buy-back scheme to get guns off our streets. This is just one action item, there are more in the works (like license regulations, max caps, etc.)

A good objective for all of us to see how low this number can get if we really put some effort in. We got a factor of two after Port Arthur — I’d want to see at least an order of magnitude now
