Attending the #IAMCR2025 conference was an inspiring professional experience. I had the chance to share insights from youth in the Chiquitania region of Bolivia. We highlighted the urgency of addressing violence against women and children, and the environmental care that sustains rural families.

Last week, our lab member Niels Bibert succesfully defended his dissertation, entitled “An Odd Game? Understanding Esports Betting Access, Drivers and Consumption.” Congratulations to Dr. Bibert and his supervisors prof. dr. @biekezaman.bsky.social and prof. dr. Rozane De Cock with this milestone!
