I defended my PhD on Experiencing and Responding to Islamophobia in Belgium 👩‍🎓✨ My main findings? ➡️Islamophobia is systemic ➡️Muslims experience Islamophobia in a multitude of ways, and respond with resilience. ➡️Media portrayal matters. And most importantly, there is work that needs to be done! ✨
