Sad to see Stonekettle (Jim Wright) leave @bsky.app because something he wrote was taken out of context and he was made out to be something he's not by a bunch of vile, herd-following mindless creeps. These resistors and otherwise "good guys" proved they're just like the opposition. Brainless.

I'd like to point out what an abject failure trump's 2020 insurrection was. Trump says 250,000 people attended that rally. Let's go with that. He incited all of them. But only 1500-2000 stormed the building. Why? Because the rest were all peaceful, non-violent, patriotic Americans.

In the 1964 film comedy "Father Goose," (Cary Grant, Leslie Caron) a group of girls and their teacher are stranded on an island. One girl, Harriet, insisted she was a boy and that she be called Harry. She dressed like a boy. She did boy things. It was fine. Nobody questioned Harry's choice.

I reflect on my career in technical change management--introducing new tech to tech people. I had universal rejection of the idea of search engines and knowledge bases to battle. "It's going to take our jobs," they screamed. Now all those companies don't exist.

Hybrid Tea "Gemini", a 2000 AARS winner introduced by Dr. Keith Zary, is an easy rose to grow. It is almost always blooming. Just about every rose comes out perfect. Gemini loves to bloom in cooler, cloudy weather, which allows its creamy center a chance to show off much more than usual.
