Irann couldn't pass as Santa, but she would 100% take gifts to kids in orphanages. She also gives freely of her time to help at orphanages, simply because she knows hard it is to grow up as an orphan. She will do whatever it takes to give them even a measure of happiness.

I’m a trained social worker. I worked with cases of CSA and other horrifying traumas. I didn’t learn til 6 months before I burnt out how dangerous and cumulative vicarious and secondary trauma are. You don’t want this in your head and you don’t want it to live in your body. It doesn’t leave.

The ACA isn't just "health care for people who don't have a conventional employer." It also disallows something that was incredibly common 20 years ago, which I fear is getting lost to generational memory: insurance companies could deny you health care for essentially any previous health problem.
