Val'dran tries to nourish the idea that he's inherently worth something. Tries being a keyword. It's hard, and often he fails, descending into previous thoughts of being worthless outside of what he can do for others. Luckily, Sorn and Halsin and others help him cling to it more ❤️ #tavqotd

While Val'dran would say he's not emotional, he is in truth a highly emotional person, he simply doesn't have the words or understanding of said emotions. He tries to avoid anger. Irritation is prevalent, but anger is frightening because it risks his demonic side... 1/2 #tavqotd

Val'dran refers to Halsin as his sunlight. So their little pairing is sort of shadow/sunlight; something that sounds as if it shouldn't necessarily work, but which belongs together after all. With Sorn... I suppose maybe gleeful/deadpan is a good pairing there 😂 #tavqotd
