You have people who transition under the umbrella of gender apostates. That's where respect for differences and experiences truly lies. Terfs and critters make no sense at all. Most of them are straight and f*ck men. As someone who is *genuinely* afraid of cis women, I can tell you that being intimate with a cis woman isn't anything I'd even like to think about. Not even for a second. So no, they don't know the meaning of afraid.

Even now, if you were to divide the 48,000 by 15, and then by the working days per year that would mean that if every GIC were to see a very reasonable 8 people per day, in 2 years, everyone would be seen. The delays are intentional.

This leaves me with complex feelings. While I'm sympathetic to anyone experiencing a crisis, there's a sense of disparity with the hopelessness, isolation and fear that often precipitate my own issues, and that of my trans sisters (esp post SC). I'm touched that, regardless, they offer solidarity.

I had always wondered about the "exception" loophole, which seemed to fly in the face of actual protection. It was muddied to include "reasonable concerns", however the intention was for exceptions only in the case of those starting to transition.

The SC ruling has paved the way for basing dignity and rights on a piece of paper at birth rather than actual biological and social reality. This was made clear in Goodwin as a fundamental infringement on human rights.

This is a stroke of genius. I think this is the first time I've felt a glimmer of hope. Obviously... I'm still existing in exclusion, like so many transitioned women.

Here's the thing about these statistics: they are inextricably linked to the way that socially destructive forces in the media affect people in the real world. They also fail to capture institutional abuse (failure to record hate against a persecuted minority).

When safeguarding is reduced to "women's safety" only, it ignores that vulnerability lies across the gender spectrum, LGBT people, blind and deaf people, people with Learning difficulties. We need to have conversations about risk and safety beyond "biological sex".

Every time I speak out about feminism being a malign and destructive force for trans women, some trans/cis feminist starts up. This is an endemic and inextricable part of feminism, and to deny it is dishonest.

Both men and transitioned women share one thing in common: A world where their pain and suffering doesn't matter. This is why so many men really struggle. I say to you: I see your pain. I hear you. You matter. Women's weaponisation of vulnerability hurts us both.
