DARN! Missed #Caturday again. Here's one of our recent rescue kittens becoming alarmed at Sterling, one of our grown juveniles, outside the Kittenenclosure. His ridgeback is impressive.

No, you're not seeing double. 4 of the new rescues: Snow Drift & his twin sister on a fleece blanket. Junior [looks just like his mom] & [no name yet] on the arm of the Adirondack chair. Still working on getting their eyes cleaned, being stuck shut from bad colds - but they're all getting better.

Perfect... #cats 3 of 12 of our new rescues snoozing on dad's lap in the Kittenclosure. What better way to start a Sunday than being so trusted by new arrivals that they fall asleep on you?

It's #Caturday ! We saved 12 🐈 lives this week. 2 feral moms, 10 kittens between them. 2 are albinos. Built a separate enclosure. Got them all washed. No fleas! All kittens have colds with stuck shut eyes and plugged noses, requiring repeat cleaning. Video feed if we can figure out RTSP.

It's #Caturday ! Amber, one of our smallest rescues 🐱, nestled into mommy's fluffy chair blanket. She's so sweet. She greets me at the bottom of the stairs every morning, stands up as tall as she can and implores me to join her for breakfast. 🍵 🐈 Can't pass that up.

It's #Caturday ! Butters caught a Mouse! He's s Kurilian Bobtail. The breed originated in Russia. Rare within the US. He's my guardian. First thing in the morning when I open the window to the cat flap, he goes out into the kittenclosure to make sure it's all safe for everyone to go out.

As do we.

It's #caturday ! Our Winky returned home. Her sister Zot misses her, searching through the house. Later, as our grief subsides some, we'll go out to our hotshop and blow a glass kittyface urn for her ashes. Right now, I know we'd not be able to get very far before our vision would be obscured.

It’s a :( Caturday! Butters saying a gentle “Hello. We miss you.” to Silicon’s remains. The disk he’s cradling is Silicon’s paw print impressed in white clay. Her ashes are in the tall Rainbow Bridge canister and some of her fur is contained in the small clear square box.

Our Silicon returned to us today. (Had to stop typing for a bit… could no longer see the screen for the tears.) We’ll create a blown glass urn for her in our hotshop and some of her ashes will be infused into a sphere using glasses matching her colors. Her fur will be placed into FurEver FurBalls.

OMG! A delivery came from our Amazon Wish List: www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/... SOooo very thankful to our donators. Our kids are appreciting each and every addition to the their supplies. We are many and caring for us is a big job. Our rescuers are a non-profit, so can supply receipts if needed.

We lost our beloved Silicon today and she crossed the Rainbow Bridge. She had been ravenously eating for weeks, even horning in on other's food, but steadily getting thinner. Two days ago she stopped eating. A brave, tiny girl. Tears suddenly obscure my vision.
