Just updated our preprint "Why do judgments on different person-descriptive attributes correlate with one another? A conceptual analysis with relevance for most psychometric research" (osf.io/preprints/ps...).

Most of you probably already know from the dark place but we have published a new open-access paper that discusses different classificatory approaches to mental health problems (cpe.psychopen.eu/index.php/cp...). The work was spearheaded by my boss, Winfried Rief.

Based on my own personal observations and the many, many exchanges that I have had with victims and witnesses over the years, I will use this platform to talk about some of the awful - and sometimes absurd - stuff that takes place behind the facades of academic institutions in Germany (1/6).

Very excited to share psychometric analyses of our item bank for studying psychopathology multidimensionally and hierarchically in daily life. We hope these will bridge research on dimensions of psychopathology and dynamic processes in naturalistic settings (e.g., complex systems). 1/
