People often wonder how I can eat all the produce that I buy weekly. The answer is fried vegetables (as it is known). Small chunks of fresh cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, peppers, & swiss chard stems. Sliced apple, frozen cranberries, & cooked red lentils. Added last micro greens & swiss chard.

My dentist & her assistant told me (at separate times) that I am an easy patient & they appreciate it. Makes me wonder what they deal with on a daily basis. My job is to lie in the chair with my mouth open or closed (depending on what I've been told to do). It isn't hard.

I was in Winners today and saw a display of Halloween themed shower curtains. I am not in the target market for various holiday themed home decor. The proof of that is this festive Christmas runner that I just took off the top of my storage cabinet.

I was just in a store and overheard a little girl who clearly shares my affection for notebooks and other supplies. She would exclaim loudly 'this is a really cute notebook, I could write in it'. The adult with her repeatedly pointed out that she could write in the notebooks she already has.
