Last night I hardly slept I have been slowly watching the numbers creep up of Labour MPs signing the amendments (rebellion) act for PIP/UC CUT and I think we are at about 119/120 MPs against the cuts which is incredible. Labour seem to be taking this as a vote of no confidence in Kier Starmer 🔥

The government is #takingthepip disabled people are let down time and time again by support systems put in place to help us. Right now the government wants to cut benefits that are supposed to help us.

We should legalise it at this point, tax it and then some of the tax that comes from that will help the NHS, addicts when they’re seeking help are funded. It also then takes away major stigma issues around people who are cancer patients, people with long term health conditions that smoke cannabis.

I know I’ve been super political recently but being disabled is political it’s your existence is scary sometimes. I know some of you dislike it and may think it’s woke but I’m already so unwell right now and that’s not even from worrying.

While I loved the music I heard at the PlayStation concert I can’t help but feel like it was a little jarring to see promotional screenshots for games that didn’t have music played at the concert. It set people’s expectations up way too high imo but that’s down to PS and what they didn’t tell us.

I know it’s unlikely to get through but I’m still terrified with what the UK government has planned for disabled people. Even if nothing passes the rhetoric and behaviour people are displaying against disabled people is grim. This country really is the pits.
